Bruce Robertson was a guest on Court T.V.’s Catherine Crier Live in October of 2003. The during the hour long show hosted by Diane Diamond, Robertson commented covered a variety of high profile cases including the Kobe Bryant alleged rape case, the Laci Peterson murder case and the Phil Spector murder case.
Questioned about the Bryant case, Robertson described in detail the type of investigation team the defense would put together to investigate the background of the victim. When questioned as to whether there are any constraints on how deep to dig in an alleged victims’ past, Robertson indicated that investigators search for everything and leave it to the attorneys they work for to decide which information is used.
