We are seeking an experienced salesperson to conduct surveillance marketing. Ideal candidate would have experience in selling worker compensation surveillance to insurance companies, self-insureds and third party administrators. Experience in case direction, managing personnel, and interfacing with adjusters/clients is a plus.

This position requires a intelligent person with first class communication skills. Must have a proven track record showing the ability to produce exceptional results. Must be able to deal with adjusters, clients and field agents. Looking for a self-starter who is motivated, well organized and who has a positive attitude.

Candidates must have:

• Experience in sales

• The ideal candidate will have experience in the investigation or insurance industry

• The ideal candidate will be very professional, articulate and sharp

• You must be self disciplined and self-motivated

• Have the ability to think "outside the box"

• College degree preferred

• Strong computer skills

• Type 45 wpm

• Proof reading, grammar and writing skills must be top quality

• Must be inquisitive, bright, innovative, motivated and a self-starter

This is a salaried position paying $30,000 to $40,000 per year, plus incentives. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) profit sharing, paid time off and business casual dress code.
