We are seeking an experienced field surveillance investigator / case director. Must have experience in conducting high quality worker compensation surveillances. Experience in case direction, managing personnel, and interfacing with adjusters/clients is a plus. Job includes working surveillance days in the field and being available by phone to case direct other projects. Requires flexible time commitments, including evenings and weekends. As we grow, the position could transition to that of an in office supervisor.

This position requires a bright person with first class communication skills. Must have extensive field surveillance experience. Must be able to deal with adjusters, clients and field agents. Looking for a self-starter who is motivated, well organized and who has a positive attitude. Perfect opportunity for someone wanting to make the transition from field investigator to management.

Candidates must have:

• Experience in subrosa field surveillance
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance investigation industry
• The ideal candidate will be very professional, articulate and sharp
• You must be self disciplined and self-motivated
• Have the ability to think "outside the box"
• Some college preferred

This position pays $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) profit sharing, paid time off and business casual dress code.
